Steven Satterfield is chef and co-owner of Atlanta’s acclaimed Miller Union.  He and Tandy were recently both honored with the James Beard nomination for Best Chef: Southeast.  Now they will be working side-by-side, as they have on many occasions, to prepare a meal from Satterfield’s latest cookbook, Root to Leaf.
